Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has said that the prosperity and real development of the province is linked to execution of mega projects in irrigation sector citing the examples of Kurram-Tangi Dam, Gomal Zam and Left Canal projects.

The Chief Minister was speaking at a luncheon in the honour of central president of the Awami National Party Asfandiyar Wali Khan by the provincial assembly member Pir Khalid Raza Zakori at a local hotel in Peshawar on Thursday.

Provincial presidents of the ANP Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh, provincial ministers Bashir Ahmad Bilour, Mian Iftikhar, Sayed Aqil Shah and others were present on the occasion.

Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ameer Haider Khan Hoti has announced a grant of Rs3 crore for various developmental projects in Abbottabad district during his first visit to the area on Wednesday.
